Camille Quinn, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor
Ph.D. in Social Work, University of Illinois at Chicago (2014)

Drawing from prior clinical and administrative experience in social and health services with children and families involved with or at risk of involvement with the juvenile/criminal and child welfare systems, Dr. Quinn investigates mechanisms that underlie individual and structural barriers associated with recidivism and comorbid mental health disparities. Her mixed methods research is guided by race-based, criminological, and social determinants of health theories to inform and culturally tailor interventions for youth of color to reduce their recidivism and mental health burden.
